  • Keymaker is an artisan keycap making duo based out of Connecticut. Jake & Jess are two mechanical keyboard addicts who have been collecting keyboards since 2015. Together they started making their own artisan keycaps in early 2016.

  • Keymaker is based in the United States and operates in Connecticut.

  • Artisan Keycaps are resin cast art toys designed specifically to be mounted on MX Style mechanical Keyboards. Our Artisan Keycaps are 100% resin cast using epoxy and polyurethane resins.

  • Keymaker sells their artisan keycaps through Raffle Sales and First Com First Serve sales. Raffle sales are managed through our website. First Come First Serve sales are hosted on our website and include any unpaid/leftover keycaps from our raffle sales.

  • A raffle sale is the standard method of selling Artisan Keycaps. Raffle Sales operate by collecting the names of everyone interested in buying a particular Artisan Keycap then randomly selecting winners among those entrants. Those winners then receive an invoice to purchase their desired artisan keycaps.

  • All our artisan keycaps now ship for free. We factor this cost into the price of our artisans. This allows anyone around the world to buy our artwork for the same price.

  • Keymaker is open to commissions, to place a commission please join our Discord using the discord social icon on the top or bottom of our website. Commissions can be placed through the Help channel. Commissions require a minimum order of 5 keycaps and starts at $500 and is adjusted based on complexity and number of keycaps requested.
